What we provide

The leasehold central portal provides a convenient place to maintain your management pack. It holds, in a secure location, all the development specific information including annual accounts and questions for the standard enquiries which managing agents are required to answer for leasehold properties. If a piece of information changes, simply change it in the system and all forms and documents produced are updated.

When a pack is required for a flat this is paid for before hand and all of the information which is not specific to the individual flat is available to the seller’s conveyancer immediately.

Leasehold Central will then email the contact we have automatically with the flat specific questions,such as what the current ground rent is or if the service charges are paid up to date, to be answered. The contact can log in and answer these questions which are then available for the seller’s conveyancer.

The process is streamlined and the landlord and management company’s transfer requirements, contact details and fees involved are all clearly laid out in separate documents.

As the majority of the information is already on the system and fees are paid before a download is possible, as well as certain information must be completed by the conveyancer at the time of purchase, this means that all the information you will require at this stage is collected. There is no back and forth with things which have been missed from previous emails or phone calls.

Same fee

Your usual fee will still apply and seller’s conveyancers will have to pay this in order to download the pack.

Queries can be answered

It is possible to include a list of “frequently asked questions”. The seller’s conveyancer will be able to see the questions but will pay the usual fee for supplemental questions (if you charge one) for the answers. This can be built up over time so that you have less time spent searching for the answers.

Information provided sooner

As the seller’s conveyancer is able to access the development information as soon as they have paid for the pack, they have information immediately. The information which is flat specific tends to require less consideration as it is usually a matter of service charges or ground rent, and so the seller’s conveyancer will not have to wait in order to start reviewing the information relevant to the development.

Less chasing

As this is all designed to be dealt with through Leasehold Central, you will not be chased as often.

Levels of Service

1. Bronze package

Our standard level of service is basically a “do-it-yourself” style. This level requires the most in put from our managing agents into the system. We have guides in order to assist you with this process and it has no charge to the managing agents, we simply charge our per download fee to the conveyancer’s purchasing the pack.

2. Silver package

This level of service is based on “a little bit of help”. For this level of service we will upload all the management pack information into the system on your behalf and set up the reminders for when the documents will need updating. You will still need to complete the development setup information in the system and update the information on an ongoing basis. We charge a fee per development for this level of service to the managing agents.

3. Gold package

This is our highest level of service and is essentially “a lot of help” for this level we will set up and maintain a development. This involves entering all the information into the system on your behalf and uploading all documents for the management pack. This has an initial fee per development and ongoing fees for updating documents and information going forward. You will need to provide all the information you usually provide in a management pack when applying and we will do the rest.


You are not locked into any specific package. The charges are made upon completion of work, so if you chose the gold package for the first development you are not locked into this for any future developments you wish to enter into the system. You are also able to upgrade package part way through, so if you initially wish to enter all the information yourself and later realise you have not got the time to do so you can upgrade to a different level.

We aim to be as flexible as possible and offer training sessions should you wish to start entering in formation internally.
